Got a little bit of relief at the gym by us getting all our cleaning supplies and having them in the main shared storage area vs my always having to ask the guys for the Cleaning Solutions in their area and them asking me for the paper products kept in mine...dk why Management wanted it like that but this way is better....we should also get the ( Read more... )

Got a GREAT deep dish pizza yesterday from my work as my 15th free pizza...beef, pep and extra cheese w/our special seasonings/butter and parm cheese sprinkled all over it..work at the gym has been better, even treated myself to a Bin Sale item of a new workout shirt for $10 vs the $30 reg price, tried some $5 Duck Fat fries by a food truck set up ( Read more... )

The Super Carb Diet! It seems like a Mediterranean diet w/ extra complex carbs allowed and follows the Beachbody approach too ( eating at certain times). I also wanted to get Thinner, Leaner and Stronger and The Year One Challenge by Michael Matthews (but both books are $15 each), and I got Bob's used for $7 ( including S&H from Barnes and Noble.
